This year, Crna Ovca has a real treat for theatre lovers!
"Vla Vla Vlajland Cabaret" is not your average theatre show – it’s a full-on frontal attack on prejudice, patriarchy, and all those unquestioned inherited “truths.”
This is the story of a woman who doesn’t stay quiet. A Vlajna who pushes through a life full of limits, stereotypes, and those infamous “that’s how it’s always been done” rules.
She hits where it hurts – with a smile. Because laughter is the strongest weapon.
Sounds like a true black sheep, doesn’t it?
Written and directed by Ivan Leo Lemo, the show blends storytelling, stand-up and burlesque into a relentless, sharp satire. After winning over audiences across the region, it’s now landing at Crna Ovca – bringing a storm of words, emotions and raw energy.
The play has received numerous awards, including a Special Award for Ecija Ojdanić at the 29th International Theatre Festival “Days of Zoran Radmilović” in Zaječar, and Best Actress at the 13th Gumbekovi Dani Festival.
